By November 16, 2018Cyber Safety

Seeking support from schools, colleges and partners working with young people age 14 – 17yrs.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Hampshire Constabulary Cyber Protect & Prevent Team are conducting a survey which aims to capture information about cyber crime/risk from young people to inform future work to keep them safe and informed.

We are calling on the support of our partners to signpost or facilitate young people to complete the survey, promoting young people to have their say.

The survey results will be used to form a cyber profile of our region that will help identify gaps to give us a better understand of cyber-risk and crime currently faced by young people; the data will be used to ensure a relevant and credible response to protect and keep young people safe online .

Please note that the data is stored by Survey Gizmo EU, any paper copies of the survey will be stored at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner until an analysis report it written, after which all data will be responsibly destroyed.

The survey is anonymous, the only identifying features are a post code to enable the mapping exercise, along with gender and age to identify specific themes.

The survey will remain open until the end of the current academic term (mid Dec 2018)

The survey can be accessed via the link button below.
